How fast can you get to my home?

Most same-day calls placed before noon get serviced the same afternoon. Even later calls usually get a next-morning slot. When you call, we'll give you an exact arrival window based on which truck is closest to your address.

How does your pricing work?

No per-room math, no door upsells. Three packages — Basic, Silver, or Gold, starting at $249 — and we lock the price on the phone before we ever roll out. Add-ons are flat-rate too, so what you hear is what you pay.

Are your products safe for pets and kids?

Yes. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable solutions. Once the carpet is dry (usually 2-4 hours) it's completely safe for pets and kids — no chemical residue.

Will you get out pet stains and odors?

Most of the time, yes. We use enzymatic treatments that break down urine at the source rather than masking it. For severe contamination that's soaked into the pad or subfloor, we'll be straight with you about what's realistic before we start.

How long until I can walk on the carpet again?

Usually 2-4 hours for light foot traffic, 6-8 hours for fully dry. Our truck-mounted equipment pulls out far more water than a rental machine, so dry times are dramatically faster.
